Stillpoint Yoga Studios is a power and vinyasa studio located in King of Prussia, Pa., the crossroads of suburban Philadelphia. The studio offers daily flow style classes in a spacious, earthy, well-lit studio space. From the beginning to end, each class flows from pose to pose by energizing each muscle group in the body. Classes are for all levels of yoga practitioners.

To encourage and empower each individual to take control of their physical, mental and emotional well-being. Some therapists use a couch…we use our mats!
