New students should please arrive 10 minutes early.
The classes and workshops held in Studio B are designed to make yoga more accessible for students new to yoga. Yoga is a series of postures (asanas) used for exercise, and is a system that develops health and self awareness.
The class sizes are small to offer students a lot of personal attention. Some classes are an enrollment basis, allowing students to become more comfortable and familiar with others in the class. Now is your opportunity to experience the benefits of yoga!
