| Event Description: |
| This 6-week session is led by the lovely Pat Yonchek.
It will be a Gentle Yoga class appropriate for all levels and abilities. Pat will use a combination of gentle stretches and classical yoga postures to stretch and strengthen the body. Postures are led slowly with a little longer holding to encourage the body to release tension.
