Friday Night 6-8
Body Enlightening is a flowing blend of traditional
Thai massage, partner yoga, and aerial-acrobatic
massage. Since creating this bodywork for Exhale Spa,
his work has been featured in Yoga Journal, New York
Times, and W Magazine. The sequence that he teaches is
easy to learn and very effective. It is great for
bodyworkers, yoga teachers, and anyone who loves
massage. Come alone or with a friend to learn these
amazingly relaxing techniques!
Saturday 12-2:30 pm
Developed by Duncan Wong, this style of yoga
synthesizes Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Martial Arts.
Traditional hatha yoga poses are blended with dynamic
martial arts stances and kicks to create a powerful
and energizing practice. A fun, fast moving, yoga
workshop for all levels.

Saturday Afternoon 4-6:30 pm
Designed for teachers, we will practice assists
practical for teaching Vinyasa Yoga. A skillful touch
has the power to transport your students to a whole
new level of awareness. It is ultimately what makes
the difference between a good and a great yoga
teacher. What could take you years to understand in
your body could just take one precise, effective,
supportive enhancement from a well-trained teacher.

Sunday 12-3 pm
" Do something in an artful way " - a classical
definition of Vinyasa. Can we make our yoga practice
a true symphony of awareness. The art of asana is not
in what you practice but how it is done. It is an
interplay of breath, bandhas, and alignment.
Creativity, spontaneity, and playfullness will infuse
our practice. Above all, it is a spiritual practice
of offering our efforts to the Divine.
