A transformational yoga workshop with Charles Eisenstein
Yoga is a practice—but for what? Practice for living a life you love of course! A life of passion. Joy. Ease. Clarity. Fullness. Connectedness. Trust. This workshop provides a space for you to explore all of these through yoga. In the special intentional space of the yoga studio we nurture these qualities so that we can "bring them to life".
Beginners, teachers, and teachers of teachers will all benefit from this powerful experiential workshop.
Highlights:
- Bring a new sense of freedom and ease to your asana practice
- Ground pranayama in a profound experience of natural breathing
- Develop total trust in breath to safely and easily deepen your postures
- Access prolonged posture holdings spontaneously
- Align discipline and desire so that motivation comes effortlessly
- Experience a major breakthrough in reaching deep states of meditation
Amazingly, all of this is easy, easier than easy. . . so easy, in fact, that it's actually impossible. Impossible by trying, that is. Come and join us in experiencing another way. There is a source deep within ourselves from which awesome results flow effortlessly, and we're going to access it in this workshop.
